Today was a pretty crazy day.
It started out as usual. I had my only four classes in the day: AP Bio, AP Stat, AP Lit, and Organic Chem. In AP Bio, we were given rancid candies and told to make some biological chart with it. And then in Stat, we made histograms on our calculators. In AP Lit, I did nothing because I finished all my work earlier and decided to delete numbers from phone in the remainder of the time. In Organic Chem, we did some stuff on alkanes.
I brought popcorn to school because of an experiment we were doing in RP. We were so unprepared so our results are probably a wreck but it was fun while it lasted. Afterwards, it was so painfully boring.
I saw The Guy a few more times today. My friend told me the day before that he's always with his girlfriend. And I didn't realize how true it was until I noticed how much they were together this year. Seriously, every time I see him, he's with her. Like. Please. For the sake of my sanity. Go another route.
Anyway, the day didn't actually get crazy until after school. My friend had planned a party for her boyfriend like I mentioned yesterday. Everyone was kind of confused about what the plan was. What happened was that a group of us headed over to a friend's apartment across the street and dropped sodas off. The girl who owned the apartment had two other friends over. (I hope this isn't getting confusing.) But this is important to note. These two other friends.
So we all hid out there while my friend brought in the boyfriend boy and we all did an awkward surprise thing in the dark and then the party "began".
My other friend and I were planning on going to Safeway to buy cupcakes and we were gonna buy Wendy's too because we weren't sure if we were gonna have pizza. After some bickering, the majority of our friends left the house, leaving the couple and the friend who lived in the apartment and her two other friends there,
We ended up ordering pizza, getting frosted cookies from Safeway, and I got a caramel machiatto from Starbucks. Waste of my free birthday coffee. I should've researched before I went but whatever...
One of my friends and I walked back to the apartment while my other friend drove the rest to a pizza place to pick up pizza. We came back in to find out that the friend who owned the apartment and her two friends had gotten high while the couple were probably making out in the living room.
Things got pretty insane after that. And it was a lot of things falling and sporadic giggling and face palms and cursing in Spanish. The door bell rang out of nowhere and everyone got scared sh**less and prepared to bolt out of the apartment, thinking it was the mother of the girl who owned the apartment. It was actually pretty funny.
And then we all left with food and stuff.
I didn't smell the weed but I'm pretty sure we were all affected by it just a little because of how insane we were acting.
Things just got more insane. It was three of us and we were all taking the same bus to the mall where we would go our separate ways. We got off the bus and headed to the next bus stop and this creepy old man stood up and started walking towards us. He had a cigarette in his hand and spat whenever he talked.
He started asking us what time is whilst insulting a Spanish lady sitting across from him, saying something about "These people coming up to OUR country and merp merp merp." I don't know. He was basically insulting Spanish people unbeknownst that two out of three of us came from a family of immigrants as well. But whatever.
I gave him the time and then the guy went into a speech about staying in school and not hanging out with boys that sag their pants and not putting our faces on Facebook. I mean, I got what he was saying but we were all weirded out by the spit coming out of his mouth and he kept repeating himself and walking closer and closer to us. When he finally finished, my friends and I were too afraid to stay at the bus stop with the guy there. So my mom dropped one of my friends off and my other friend took another bus home.
But yeah... That's the end to my Friday. Buh-bye.
