The Colors That You're Shining Are Surely Not The Best.

So I never actually finished my post from Friday. Basically, what happened was that we went to Game Stop last. And then after, I met Jason's friends including one of them who said she got disowned by her mother. I forgot to ask her why though I'm not that pressed to find out why. And that was the end of the trip. It was pretty nice.

I thought this week, our teachers would be giving us a break, but evidently that is not the case. I have about 4 or 5 tests and quizzes on Friday. I have two essays due this week (one due tomorrow that I'm working on right now). And unreasonable amounts of homework. It's stressful.

Tonight, I need to get my final draft for this essay done and work on my Computer Graphics work. If I don't get the work done by tonight, I'll have to stay after school which I really cannot do because of Calculus.

It really doesn't help that I'm making this post instead of finishing up my homework.

I'm counting on God to make it snow like everybody says it's going to so that I can get a few days off to catch up.

My English teachers told me I was a good writer, btw. So that made my day. But now I'm stressing over my essay because I don't want him to think any less. I already found out I got an 88 on my last essay which kind of annoyed me, especially when I was getting As this entire time. He told me I already had a strong essay (even though I totally BS-ed the essay so idk what he's talking about).

I wish my Computer Graphics teacher would give one more day. I really need it. Or maybe I should just let this grade go... Yeah, no. Can't afford that. If I'm gonna have a D in Calculus, I need to counteract that with straight As in everything else.

I can ramble on about a bunch of other pointless things but that's probably not the best thing to do.

Oh. I almost forgot to tell you. Apparently, the son of a family friend of ours is coming to stay at our house. Ha. "Son of a family friend". Remember back in October, when I told you guys about my uncle that had died and how his family and our family used to be so close before they moved away to Nigeria and then to Texas? Yeah... his son. I kind of even want to say cousin. Yeah, I'll just call him my cousin. Well, he's my age and my dad told me awhile ago that he was coming over to Maryland to check out the university. I didn't really think much of it until tonight when my mom said he was going to be here on Thursday.

I have mixed feelings about this. If his father (our uncle) wasn't dead, I may not feel so... I don't know. I feel like it'll just be awkward. And I'm also excited because I haven't seen him and his entire family in forever. I know a bunch of things I can talk about with him like school and the old times but I don't know if I'd ever have to bring up his father or anything like that. I'm scared I'll say something stupid like, "So how's your dad doing?" Something so so so stupid. It's coming so fast. It's already Tuesday.

I really just want this week to be over honestly. I'm done.

Peace & Snow Flakes.
