I need a new good opening. I feel so awkward starting off.
I got my like, first A on a test and quiz in Pre-Calculus and I'm psyched. My grade in that class has been surprisingly good from the last time I checked it. It was an 89. I hope I get an A. A 90 would be awesome even.
What else?
I had to take a cab home today. My dad was going to some event and wasn't coming home until 9 PM and my mom went to school. So I thought I was gonna be staying there until like 8 PM. But I didn't. Luckily, I had $20 in my pocket. [There has to be a God.] And the principal called a cab and then I left. It was so quick.
I was gonna take the metro bus but then I didn't.
You know a guy briefly messaged me the other day. He was like, "Can we get to know each other?" It would've been cool if it was a teenage dude around my age, that went to my school. But NO, it was some 20-something year old African and it creeped me out. He was like, he saw that I was pretty and black and just wanted to get to know me. Now I'm a little nervous to go on Facebook.
Ugh. Why can't guys my age like me?
Enough of that.
I've been really REALLY into Incubus this past weekend. I'm in love. I can feel a New Obsession coming up. Stay tuned!
Another thing is that I need headphones really badly. The ones I got for my birthday broke and I'm sad about that. They were really nice green headphones and worked perfectly. Even when the top popped off, it still worked. In fact, the earphone that doesn't work isn't the one that popped off. It's not working because the wire bent the wrong way. So now it's too complicated to listen to my music.
Gosh. I need my music.
