That Moment When An Alternative Song Helps You On Your PSAT

I'm back you guys.

I think I'm slowly getting obsessed with Incubus. Not that I love ALL their songs. But the band has a nice presence. They're a good looking band. Not that I'm saying they're all hot, but they're cool looking. That's what I mean. Because they're all old. But look good for their age.

I'm rambling. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I think I'm being seduced by the lead singer, Brandon Boyd. He's very hot. And I like the way he presents himself. He seems very into the music and that's it. There doesn't seem to be too much controversy about him and I like that. And he's hot. I love his lips. :D

But I've been watching Incubus music videos for about an hour now. It's been taking an hour because VEVO sucks. But yeah, I would be watching the videos and then look at the date they came out and I couldn't believe it. One of them was from like 2000 and the only difference was their hairstyles. He doesn't age!

And another was in 2001 and he had shoulder-length hair and then he cut it and then grew it back now in 2011. But you couldn't tell the difference. Well, at least I couldn't.

They're very modern. I like how their music can't be characterized as a certain era of music. If I heard one of their songs on the radio, I'd be like Oh woah, awesome new song. And then I'd look it up on the internet and be like, "WTF 2003!?"

Very nice band. Very very nice.

What else?

Oh PSAT. Yeah, I took it yesterday and I think I utterly failed. I didn't finish questions in most of the sections and the English sections were misery to me. I didn't understand most of the vocabulary words so that sucked. But one word that stuck out was fetter. And I remember hearing it from Love Hurts by Incubus. And I remember it meaning something battered. The lyrics went, "'I've been fettered and abused." So I'm guessing they're alike in some way. And that helped me a lot for that one question.

Music is good for something. When the music has substance.

And they wore plugs and hipster glasses before it became a fad. That's awesome. They're very before their time.

Oh and Brandon Boyd is very perfect. He looks good in every hairstyle. Dresses very nice. [When he's not wearing no shirt.] Has a nice walk, has a nice face. It's like, you just want to have your own teenage version of him in your neighborhood. Just to goggle at. :D
