I started out my last post and didn't finish it because of reasons so that's irritating. I'm not even sure what I wrote, honestly. I need to re-read it and see. Or maybe I'll delete it all together. Yeah, that's it.
I've learned a lot of things I shouldn't have known these past few days but I'll start with the good before I go to the bad.

I will be 16 in three days. Exciting, right? Not really. I'm not excited to turn 16. Adulthood is just two years away. :( My friends will be turning 17 soon. In fact, I should have a few friends who are 17 right now. That's CRAZY. I can't even imagine being 16. I'm just thinking about it right now. I remember being 12, watching TV, and everyone on TV was 16 and old at the time. And now I'm there. Trippy.
I don't think my wish to get a Visa Gift Card for my birthday will be fulfilled but then, I don't think I want it as much anymore. I only wanted it to buy stuff for school and by the time my birthday comes around, I won't be able to spend it and get stuff on time for school. I don't know... I just wanna make a good impression on the first week of school. Then I'll where sh** the rest of the time.
So I think my first day of school outfit is about to be finalized. Well, it was going to be finalized until I realized I could wear a different outfit on the first day of school. As the days approach, I've become less and less pressed about looking like some Chill Punk Chick and more like a Chill Chick. Seriously, no one did too much on their outfit last year and I didn't either. And I'm not trying to do too much this year either. That would be so freshman-like.
On Sunday?, my mom and I went to Ross for shoes. I don't know if I mentioned this before but I was on the look out for white converse but instead, I found something better.
These are they... They are called PF Flyers and they happened to be like $17.99 from $45.99, I think. I don't know, I thought they were cute and they are obviously inspired by Converse.
I went to the PF Flyers website and noticed they had pretty nice shoes. They are similar to Converse obviously but for some reason, I like the PF style better. They have some Vans inspired shoes too. They are just as expensive though.
Anyway, my mom happened to think they were cute too. I was surprised about that. I was seriously about to buy these gray and blue Converse but I'm glad I changed my mind.
It wasn't that easy finding these. If you've been to Ross, you'll know that it isn't the most organized place ever. The shoe section was a mess as usual. And I saw a few cute shoes but either they were ratty, dirty, or not my size. In fact, the PF Sliders were a size 7 and that made me sad. I put my feet in and my foot fit, but it hurt my pink toe. But there was no other shoes but those. I saw another shoe I liked but they were in a size 8 and then they were huge. I wasn't expecting that because although I wear a fit 7 1/2, I wear an 8 too.
I have no idea how that works. So I come home with my size 7 PF Sliders and I put my feet in again (without socks) and it fit perfectly. I'm happy about them.
So I think I explained my first outfit option which was a black blouse, shorts, and white Converse. But I don't think I'll be getting shorts before the first day of school so I'm just gonna wear jeans. I think it's a cute outfit, but I don't wanna look like I'm confused about the weather on the first day of school. August 20 is still summer...
Another option is wearing my black cardigan (which is light), a navy blue and white striped tank-top, skinny jeans, and my blue canvas sneakers. But I wanna look extra new on the first day of school and my blue canvas sneakers aren't... This is very mind-exhausting if you can't tell. This is why I can't think about my birthday.
I just realized didn't tell you guys what I'm getting for my birthday. Well, my mom is having some Nigerian fabric made into an outfit for me. I'm excited for that. The fabric is white with black patterns on it. And I'm gonna have it shaped into a knee-length fitted dress that's one-shouldered. I'm hoping to wear it to church on Saturday and I know what heels would go with it too.
And then I'm getting a Samsung Vibrant. I think it's also called a Samsung Galaxy S. I'm not sure... So I'm a bit excited for that too. It's a smartphone and I already know it's gonna be hella better than the last phone I had. First of all, it's not a Chinese phone. Second of all, my dad had the phone already before he upgraded to a Galaxy S2. I don't know, I kind of wish I got one that wasn't the same as my dad's but I know the other options are probably not as good. I'm hoping to get a cute phone cover from Amazon for it. Preferably before school. I didn't realize how expensive phone covers are until I looked through a catalog earlier. That's probably everyone gets theirs from Amazon.
My mom and I went shopping for school supplies on Sunday since it's Tax-Free Week anyway. We went to Five Below and I regret not getting some stuff for my locker while I was there because Five Below is kinda far and their locker stuff is pretty cheap. But honestly, I just saw the Shopper's World catalog today and it is WAY cheaper than Five Below so we may have to finish the rest of the shopping there.
Oh and Five Below has some RAD t-shirts for $5. I really wanted to get just one. Okay two.
I got mostly plain black things except for this striped journal and this folder with happy faces on it. I hope no one happens to have the same one. That would be TOTALLY HORRIBLLLEE!
Sike.
I got my schedule today. Everyone was posting their schedules on Facebook so yeah... I couldn't get in the first few times and I got frustrated but I found a way in the end. I would screen shot my schedule but then my teacher's name will be revealed and that's not cool.
So the problems: I have Computer Graphics first period. I have math at the end of the day. So far, I don't have lunch with any of my friends who have posted their schedules. And I didn't get AP Chemistry.
That's gonna cause stupid needless problems once school starts. But I'm gonna be chill for now. I already have lots of stuff on my mind. Like my incomplete Physics homework. -_-
Hopefully, I'll go to the library tomorrow and get my life together.
