Dear September Me,

Hi. This is July Me.

Right now, I'm at the library, planning on getting things done but not quite actually doing things. I'm writing this letter actually telling you IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS WAY.

So I don't know how September will be but I'm guessing you'll have gotten used to the routine by now. You may or may not have that internship. But you're probably taking super hard classes. Is AP Stat hard? Is Advanced Organic Chemistry sucky? I really hope not because you can't be a doctor or pharmacist if it is. It better be the time of your life!

Are there any cute guys in your class? Did you make any new friends?

I hope you've got your head in the game because college is around the corner. I hope you're doing all your homework and turning it in. It's September. You best have done ALL of your homework. There's no excuse. And if you haven't. this entire week, you better do all your homework. And don't procrastinate on it. Start doing it once you get home. And then turn it in at school.

Have you been keeping touch with your other friends? Are the friends at your table as cool as they were last year? They better be. I hope they are.

What good music have you been listening to? Currently, it's all been Silversun Pickups. Hopefully, a cool band has popped between the two months.

Oh and did you lose those pounds you were supposed to lose? It would suck if you didn't.

The point of this letter is to motivate you. So yeah, get motivated. Do the right things. Don't procrastinate. Eat healthy. Get on top and beat those Science and Tech sleazes to the ground! Be the best person you know you can be because I know how much potential you have. You have SO much potential. You're just lazy as hell.

Turn your life around while you still can. Have no regrets!
