From Gay, Promiscuous Teenager to Alien Fighter.

My head is way too jumbled to even type but I'll TRY.

I went to see Pacific Rim today with a couple of friends. Today was $5 Tuesday at our local movie theater so of course, we jumped on that.

It was a good movie, I guess. The effects and the action was incredible. But the movie reminded me of any other action movie. The romance... the countdown... the one serious guy.... It was just so cliche. It wasn't a new movie to me. But I enjoyed myself, nevertheless.

Giant robots fighting over-sized mutant lizard alien things. What more could you want?

But I couldn't help but think the main character guy looked so familiar. It was those lips... I had seen them before. I knew exactly who he reminded me of but I wasn't so sure. It wasn't until I came home and searched the movie up on IMDB that I found the truth and you know what? My suspicions were correct.

Charlie Hunnam was THIS guy. Nathan on the British version of Queer As Folk.

It explained the lips and the weird American accent... I watched an episode of Queer As Folk where he was kissing (full on make-out sesson) this other guy. And it's just funny thinking that he went from a "15-year-old" kissing older guys to a mutant fighter.

On to other things... I got my senior portraits back and I don't like them. I have dark acne scars on my upper lip and they made me look like I have a mustache.

Everyone else said that they loved their pictures... >:(
