Female Infanticide. What Kinda Foolishness Is That?

I was reading about this in my mom's Sociology book and I'm totally upset about it. The fact that in some countries, people favor dudes so much that they would actually kill girl babies. That's so freakin' stupid. It's just as stupid as the time I was reading Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe. The book was set in Nigeria long long time ago. And they used to kill twin babies and throw them in the forest because they thought they were evil or something.

But back to the female infanticide thing. People in other countries would actually celebrate a boy being bored but would be in disappointment if it was a girl. That's the saddest thing I have EVER heard. I can't see why these countries can't freakin' understand that without females, we wouldn't have children at all. So they should celebrate birth, not celebrate the sex of the baby. What do males have that is worthy of being celebrated more than females? Yeah, God didn't make our bodies as masculine as guys. We were made to be motherly and if you don't have no females mothering the babies, who do expect to do it? The guys?! Heck no.

And the fact that females are under appreciated makes me so annoyed. We're not less capable than guys. Back in the day, they didn't give women the change to be educated so that was not even our fault that most men were more intelligent than men.

Let me stop. I'm starting to not make sense anymore. But yeah.. I wanted to address that. It's such a stupid thing that people would kill female babies because they favored males better. Humans can be so freakin' foolish sometimes.
